JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a forward-thinking Physical Therapist in New Jersey to assess patients, design and execute treatment plans, and maximize functional independence. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care in EMR, and contribute to a positive, high-energy clinical environment.

Qualificações

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ or eligible
• CPR certification required
• Experience with EMR software preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent clinical decision-making and work ethic

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and plan patient care using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain documentation per guidelines and billing requirements.
• Supervise PTA, ATC, and PT aides as needed.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Participate in community and professional development activities
