Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of call center experience in a sales environment.
• Experience working in a CRM – Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills – Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners / customers.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails; self generated prospecting-This role requires self-generated prospecting activity.
• Services new and existing accounts with the potential to upsell and stay up-to-date on all products and requirements as needed;
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services;
• Adapt/Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and profitability;
• Ability to meet project sales targets (quota, turnover, call statistics) as outlined by Sales Management;
• Ability to take advantage of all opportunities to sell Safety Services Company products and services to customers by following our customer needs sales practices.
