Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales, business development, or Sales Representative experience.
• Proven success with cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling, and email outreach.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and service solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and performance goals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Conduct site visits and in-person meetings to strengthen customer partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
• Track and report sales activity and pipeline updates.
