Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park execution and team success onsite in Florida. You will supervise Team Leads and frontline staff across shifts, coach in real time, and support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts to maintain a welcoming, safe play environment.

You will oversee shift flow, staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness, collaborating with the GM on labor strategy and safety procedures while adapting to real-time challenges to keep operations

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of formal management experience in high-volume, guest-facing settings.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and leading teams on the floor.
• Strong communication, real-time coaching, and the ability to build culture.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and supporting operational goals.
