Job summary

CircusTrix, operating Sky Zone parks, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park execution, supervise staff, and drive guest experiences across shifts. You will work on staffing, safety, and Beltline-level operations while coordinating with the General Manager to align labor and process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced guest-facing environments and a hands-on leadership style, ready to engage evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience in a high-volume, guest-facing setting.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, leading teams on the floor, and adjusting to shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coach in real time and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Execution and Team Success across shifts.
• Supervise Team Leads and frontline members during scheduled shifts.
• Coach in real time to foster accountability, energy, and care.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Own Shift Flow and Operational Efficiency, including staffing and guest flow.
• Collaborate with GM on labor strategy, scheduling, and safety procedures.
• Deliver guest experiences that wow from check-in to check-out.
