Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate / Invoicing Associate for our Beckett team in Plano, TX.

You will handle receiving, encapsulation, research & ID, quality control, imaging, invoicing, payment processing and shipping across the operation. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and is based at our Plano office, with a Monday–Friday schedule from early morning through late afternoon.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and itemize department mail by service type.
• Verify service type with payment and order details.
• Enter item information into the database and print stickers with order details.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Problems Orders, and Sales on orders and deals.
• Take high-resolution photos of each card in an order and document details.
• Package orders securely and manage shipping with the designated carrier.
