Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Event Operations & Logistics Associate to support planning, shipping, and maintenance of Beckett event assets from the Plano, TX site.

The role covers warehouse operations, inventory control, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure timely event readiness. You will manage asset inventories, prepare materials for shows, coordinate with vendors, and ensure assets are packed, shipped, received, and stored in accordance with show deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, shared drives, and inventory-tracking documents is expected.
• Occasional travel may be required and a valid driver’s license is needed.
• Passport is required for international travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of all event booth assets, equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Store and organize all booth assets in the Beckett HQ warehouse.
• Pack, ship, receive, and store assets for scheduled events.
• Coordinate with shipping vendors, freight carriers, and internal departments.
• Prepare, pack, and stage materials for events ahead of deadlines.
• Monitor asset condition and coordinate replacements or repairs as needed.
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site logistics as required.
