Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate for our Beckett team in Portland, OR.

You will support trading card grading operations through order intake, imaging, encapsulation, and quality control, joining the team as one of the first employees in a new office. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and work full time in a fast-paced setting, Monday through Friday from the Southwest Portland area; expected start time will be between 6-9am.

Qualifications

• Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficient with computers (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and comfort with physical labor.
• Ability to follow directions and work with supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders; ensure accuracy of item details.
• Enter information into the database and print order stickers.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve issues and with cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Photograph cards in high resolution and prepare items for packaging.
• Package orders, seal containers, and attach shipping labels.
