Job summary

Collectors seeks an Event Operations & Logistics Associate to support planning, shipping, and maintenance of Beckett event assets from the Plano, TX office and Beckett HQ warehouse.

This onsite role requires being in the office five days a week and coordinating with multiple teams to meet show deadlines. 2–3 years warehouse experience preferred, with strong organization and packing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift, move, and pack boxes and event materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of all event booth assets and supplies.
• Store booth assets in the Beckett HQ warehouse.
• Prepare, pack, and stage materials for scheduled events.
• Coordinate with shipping vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure assets are clean, functional, and in good condition.
