Job summary

Collectors is seeking an Operations Associate for the Beckett team in the Southwest Portland, OR area. You will handle order receiving, imaging, encapsulation, research & ID, and quality control as part of a growing team in a brand-new office space.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role starts early and offers a path to grow within a dynamic collectibles operation. Experience with trading cards is not mandatory, but a passion for the hobby helps.

Qualifications

• Experience with computers (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets)
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Match, count, and check items.
• Enter item information into the database and print order stickers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve problems.
• Research cards using manufacturer checklists and enter data.
• Take high-resolution photos of each card in an order.
