Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking an Event Operations & Logistics Associate to support planning, shipping, and maintenance of Beckett event assets. You will handle inventory, coordinate with carriers, and prepare materials for scheduled shows.

Occasional travel is possible, and you will report to the Senior Events Supervisor. The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of all event booth assets, equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Ship booth assets, equipment, and materials to and from events on time.
• Coordinate with shipping vendors, freight carriers, and internal departments.
