Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join the operations team in Chapel Hill, NC. OAs will perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and partner with drivers while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include handling food/beverage items, working across shifts, and using carts and pallet jacks. Previous restaurant/retail experience is preferred; flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility; follow safety guidelines.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
• Handle products, including tobacco/alcohol, safely.
