Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates in Raleigh, NC to support our operations team. Successful candidates will manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This position offers flexible hours, benefits including medical and dental insurance, and a starting pay of $13 per hour. Experience in a retail or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage waste and ensure sanitation guidelines are followed.

Skills

General working knowledge of web-based software applications

Ability to lift up to 49 pounds

Experience in restaurant or retail environment

Education

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
