Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join the Dallas team. OAs report to a Site Leader and perform picking/packing, receiving, inventory management, and order handling across site and kitchen where applicable.

Responsibilities include following health/safety standards, preparing beverages/food items, and coordinating with drivers for substitutions or out-of-stock items. Opportunity to work in a dynamic retail logistics environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.
• General knowledge of basic web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product, ensure inventory matches orders, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Manage waste and spoilage with FIFO compliance.
• Contact customers for substitutes or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and efficiently.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare quality beverages and food menu items per recipes and standards.
• Ensure accuracy of food/beverage packaging for delivery.
