Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team in Raleigh, NC. This role reports to a Site Leader and involves picking, packing, receiving products, and supporting kitchen operations where applicable.

You will handle inventory, re-shelving, and ensure safety and sanitation standards across shifts. The job requires standing, lifting up to 49 pounds, and flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Able to work a fluid schedule across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product and verify inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and facility.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Prepare beverages and food items following recipes and standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
