Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates in Omaha, NE. You will join the operations team reporting to a Site Leader and perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and kitchen-related tasks if applicable.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate counts, handling food and beverages, and maintaining safety and sanitation. The role requires a flexible schedule across 1st–3rd shifts and physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and verify inventory against orders.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow safety, health and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
