Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join the operations team in Norfolk, VA. The role involves picking and packing, receiving shipments, inventory control, and ensuring safety and quality across food and beverage preparation where applicable.

Responsibilities include working with drivers, stocking, and maintaining a clean site. The position requires a high school diploma and flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Experience in restaurant or retail is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic web-based software (Google G-Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against orders.
• Manage inventory and shelving; handle waste and spoilage per FIFO.
• Operate carts and equipment safely; move products as needed.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items according to recipes and standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
