Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our on-site team in Denver. You will pick and pack orders, receive deliveries, and manage inventory while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

The role includes working with drivers and supporting beverage/food preparation when applicable. We value flexibility in shift times (including mornings, evenings, weekends) and physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting up to 49 pounds, and operating carts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
