Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the Newton Highlands team. You'll perform pick/pack tasks, receive inventory, manage stock, and prepare orders for delivery while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. The role involves standing, walking, and occasional work in cold environments.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and work flexible shifts (1st–3rd). Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus, and basic web tools like Google G-Suite are used daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
