Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the site operations team. You will perform picking/packing, receive and stock inventory, and work with drivers to ensure timely delivery. The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, maintaining accurate counts, shelving products, and preparing orders for dispatch. Candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and work flexible hours across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g., Google G‑Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory versus PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and ensure safety compliance.
• Handle, scan, and move products safely during shifts.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
