Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the on-site operations team in Woodlyn, PA. You will pick and pack items, receive shipments, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards across the facility and kitchen (if applicable).

Other duties include coordinating with drivers, handling substitutions, rotating stock, and maintaining sanitation. This role requires flexibility across shifts and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic familiarity with web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and reconcile discrepancies with PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of cancelled orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and sales floor.
• Handle, scan, and move product safely.
