Job summary

Closet Factory - Jacksonville, FL is hiring an Office Manager to join our energetic, casual team in Jacksonville.

You will call leads, schedule appointments, greet clients, answer phones, coordinate with designers, process paperwork, and manage installations with our sales team in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires organization, detail-orientation, and strong communication, with opportunities for health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Computer experience including Word and Excel.
• Experience with a Salesforce based platform a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments.
• Scheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM Software.
• Corresponding with designers on consultation scheduling.
• Greet clients, and direct people accordingly from front desk.
• Answering phones, directing phone calls, and responding to online/email inquiries.
• Corresponding with clients and customers.
• Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting department.
• Scheduling installations and working closely with our designers to meet the needs of the customer.
• Purchasing products utilizing our preferred vendors.

Office Manager

We are looking to add another member to our close-knit team in Jacksonville. The position requires great customer service skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, upbeat attitude. Our work environment is casual, energetic and fun! Please no phone calls.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments
• Scheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM Software
• Corresponding with designers on consultation scheduling

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
