Ferman Motor Car Company INC is seeking a New & Used Sales Associate to guide guests from inquiry to vehicle delivery, delivering exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

You will greet guests, present features and financing options, arrange demonstrations, manage CRM records, and collaborate with finance to close deals in a fast-paced, commission-driven automotive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests in selecting new and used vehicles based on needs and preferences.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly and professionally.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with guests after initial contact to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with finance managers to ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Stay knowledgeable about inventory, promotions, and incentives.
• Appraise trade-ins and provide accurate valuations.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
