Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selecting new and used vehicles.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with guests.
• Build and maintain relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with guests to close sales and manage CRM records.
• Collaborate with finance managers to ensure smooth transactions.
