Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating new leads, and following up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletter).
• Contribute to marketing efforts and achieve leasing goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and respond to resident complaints to ensure satisfaction.
