Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate onsite software.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Sign leases and complete all required paperwork prior to move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing outreach and annual plan execution.
• Handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support in daily administrative tasks and property upkeep.
