BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries from prospective renters, market properties, and lease, renew, and provide exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

The role involves daily marketing, administrative tasks, and managing lease paperwork, tours of units, and use of our property management software. Strong sales, organizational, and communication abilities are required.

Formación

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and identify rental opportunities.
• Market properties and process lease applications for approval.
• Prepare new lease contracts and tour vacant units for prospects.
• Maintain logs in the property management software and respond to emails/voicemails/texts.
• Assist with move-in processes and conduct regular property inspections as needed.
