BH Management Services, LLC in Cary, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries from prospective renters, market the community, and lease and renew apartments in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

You will support daily marketing and administrative tasks, tour units, process lease applications, log prospect data in our Property Management software, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for ensuring the daily marketing, administrative, and financial operation of the property under the direction of the Community Manager.
• Maintains understanding of the community and local market competitor’s specials and floor plans; knowledge of leasing units and documents per company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Processes lease applications for approval and prepares contracts.
• Inspects units before greeting and touring prospects; tours may include vacant/model units and common areas.
• Inspects pre-leased apartments before move-in and communicates concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Logs all prospect information into our Property Management software and responds to emails, voicemails, and texts.
• Stays updated on promotions and leasing incentives.
• Assists with Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist and other duties as assigned.
