The role requires 1–3 years of multi-family management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite. Expect a hands-on environment with a focus on culture, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years with ability to hire, lead, and evaluate staff.
• Management: 1–3 years of Multi-Family Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate property team to meet budgeted goals and ensure policy compliance.
• Hire, orient, train, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
