Job summary

Truist in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Mortgage Marketing and Sales professional to drive the sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage loan products and referrals to other bank services. You will operate within bank policies to meet production goals and provide client‑focused mortgage guidance.

The role requires executing marketing plans, maintaining knowledge of policies and investor guidelines, and proactively referring clients to Truist solutions while ensuring compliance and high service

Qualifications

1+ year of banking or lending experience with residential property knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed production goals.
Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, Procedures, and investor guidelines.
Comply with Truist policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide mortgage guidance based on client needs and Truist products.
Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen client opportunities.
Assist with document follow-up during fulfillment and post-closing processes.
