Job summary

Envoy Mortgage is seeking a Loan Originator in Dallas to generate purchase and refinance loans, sourcing leads from real estate agents, builders, past clients, and referral partners. The role emphasizes strong communication, compliance, and teamwork with management, underwriting, and processing staff.

The candidate will manage loan files, obtain necessary documentation, and stay current with FHA/VA/conventional guidelines while maintaining licensure and continuing education.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Loan Originator, LOA or Processor (5+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA).
• In-depth knowledge of DU/DO, LP, and originating systems; Encompass experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Envoy's products to Real Estate Agents, home buyers, and referral sources.
• Prospect and procure new loan applications by meeting with referral sources.
• Educate borrowers on current offerings and programs they qualify for.
• Ensure all marketing is compliant.
• Create and maintain data from new loan applications in the origination system.
• Review loans in process daily and set priorities.
