Job summary

Envoy Mortgage is seeking a Loan Originator to handle residential mortgage loans and generate leads by connecting with real estate agents, builders, past clients, and referral partners. You will coordinate with management, production staff, underwriting, and customers to ensure timely processing and accuracy.

You will manage loan files, stay current with FHA/VA/conventional guidelines, and maintain NMLS licensing while meeting production expectations, with a strong emphasis on customer service

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and processes.
• Proficiency with DU/DO, LP, and Encompass preferred.
• Excellent follow-up and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Envoy's mortgage products to agents and referral sources.
• Prospect and procure new loan applications from referral sources.
• Educate borrowers on offerings and programs for which they qualify.
• Ensure all marketing complies with regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain data in the origination system and update loan status.
• Communicate with borrowers, processing, underwriting, and management.
