Job summary

Envoy Mortgage is seeking a Loan Originator to provide residential mortgage loans and generate leads by connecting with realtors, builders and past clients. You will communicate with management, production staff, underwriting, and customers to ensure smooth loan processing.

The role requires knowledge of mortgage products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA), strong follow-up, and the ability to stay current with guidelines and changes. NMLS license and ongoing CE are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate loan leads and manage relationships with realtors and clients.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/CONV/USDA loan products and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with mortgage processing, underwriting coordination, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote Envoy's mortgage products to real estate agents and referral sources.
• Prospect and procure new loan applications from clients and referrals.
• Educate borrowers on programs and ensure compliance in marketing and disclosures.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and management to close loans.
