Envoy Mortgage is seeking a Loan Originator to provide residential mortgage loans and generate leads by connecting with realtors, builders, past clients, and referral partners. You will support management and production staff with strong communication and compliance-focused practices.

The role requires knowledge of FHA/VA/CONV/USDA programs, DU/DO, LP, and Encompass, with potential overtime and commission-based earnings. An active NMLS license is required within 30–90 days.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Loan Originator, LOA or Processor; 5+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of Mortgage products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and processes.
• Proficiency with DU/DO, LP, and Origination systems; Encompass preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Envoy's loan products to real estate agents, buyers, and referral sources.
• Prospect and procure new loan applications by meeting with referral sources.
• Educate borrowers on current offerings and programs.
