Job summary

Envoy Mortgage is seeking a Loan Originator to generate residential mortgage loans and build referral partnerships. The role involves presenting products to real estate agents, buyers, and referral sources, while maintaining strong communication with management, processing, underwriting, and customers.

Responsibilities include gathering and verifying documents, monitoring loan progress, and ensuring compliance with FHA/VA/Conventional guidelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years as a Loan Originator, LOA or Processor; 5+ years preferred.
Knowledge of mortgage products (FHA/VA/Conventional/USDA) and mortgage processes.

Responsibilities

Promote Envoy's mortgage products to real estate agents and referral sources.
Prospect and procure new loan applications by meeting potential referral sources.
Educate borrowers on current offerings and programs for which they qualify.
Ensure marketing and processes comply with industry rules and regulations.
Gather and verify documents in the origination system; manage loan files through processing and underwriting.
Monitor loan status, communicate with borrowers and agents, and ensure timely processing.
