Job summary

Envoy Mortgage is seeking a Loan Originator to provide residential mortgage loans while generating leads to drive production. You’ll engage realtors and referral sources, educate borrowers on eligible programs, and coordinate with management, processing, and underwriting to keep loans moving forward.

Responsibilities include presenting products, gathering documentation, complying with guidelines, and maintaining FHA/VA/conventional knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years as a Loan Originator, LOA, or Processor; 5+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and processing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote Envoy products to real estate agents, buyers, and referral sources.
• Prospect and procure new loan applications from referral sources.
• Educate borrowers on programs and ensure compliant marketing.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting and customers to move files forward.
• Monitor loan files, priorities, and status; prepare disclosures and documents.
• Ensure loan packages meet guidelines and stay current with FHA/VA/conventional rules.
