• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data for qualification.
• Keeps customers informed of loan progress and required documents.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops and executes a marketing plan with referral sources and realtors.
