Regions in Nashville, TN is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential loans through a branch network. You will complete applications, evaluate requests, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting regulatory requirements.

The role offers a commission-based compensation structure with performance-based earning potential and requires NMLS registration. Prior mortgage production and external business development with referral partners are valued.多

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• One year mortgage lending experience with proven production.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data to determine qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
• Structures loan to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Establishes marketing plans and frequency of contact with potential customers.
• Answers calls and walk-in customers about loan products and qualification information.
• Makes sales calls to develop new business or retain existing business.
• Cross-sells other bank products and services.
