Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of mortgage lending experience with proven mortgage production.
• Experience developing external business via referral partners (real estate agents, builders, financial planners).

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification of collateral and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates loan progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops a detailed marketing plan and maintains relationships with potential customers.
• Makes sales calls to develop new business and cross-sell bank products.
