Regions Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer in Nashville, TN, to direct the origination of residential mortgage loans through the branch network.

You will complete applications, evaluate requests, and maintain client communication while building a network with realtors, builders, and financial planners. The role includes commission-based pay and potential for strong earnings and growth.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Experience developing external business via referral partners (realtors, builders, financial planners).
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data to determine qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates loan progress.
• Structures loan to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Establishes business plan and networks with potential customers and partners.
• Makes sales calls to develop new business or retain clients.
• Cross-sell other bank products and services.
