Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; share knowledge with the team.
• Provide outstanding customer service, build rapport, and drive sales activity while following up with customers and referrals.
