The successful candidate will join a fast-paced hospitality environment, collaborating across departments, generating reports, and advancing sales initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Delphi/Opera is a plus.

• Provide routine administrative support to the sales and catering team, including correspondence, file handling, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with data-entry, reporting, and distribution of communications.
• Support development and execution of sales strategies and client communications.
• Assist on-site with client inspections and explanations of service capabilities.
• Maintain accurate group resumes, BEOs, and billing distributions across departments.
