OneMain is hiring Loan Sales Specialists to empower customers with accessible, affordable financing for life’s expenses. The role offers career development and advancement opportunities within a dynamic, supportive environment.

You will participate in a structured sales cycle, engaging customers across multiple channels while achieving individual and branch goals. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands while delivering timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and encouragement toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by guiding customers through the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
