Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands while providing timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results and driving branch goals.
• Develop new connections and engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure understanding of loan terms and options.
