Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documents, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and balance cash; complete bank runs for deposits.
