World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services. This in-person, fast-paced role requires daily outbound calls, collections, and consensus-building with clients to close loans and advance branch goals.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions and documentation.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax documents; document all activity.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and tax documentation.
