Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist with tax returns. This role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans to meet financial needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging plans
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments
• Process payments and update accounts in company systems
• Maintain accurate records and issue tax documentation
