Qualifications

• Previous Usher, Ticket Taker, orGuest Relations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work with large crowds and in a loud, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on premises.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide wayfinding and assistance throughout ingress, event, and egress.
• Ensure aisles, rows and seats are clean; report issues to Supervisors.
• Scan tickets, assist with VIP packages and meet-and-greets as needed.
• Explain event policies and assist with emergency procedures and safety.
