You will check tickets, guide guests, maintain aisles, assist guests with disabilities, and adapt to various positions within a shift while upholding safety rules and presentation guidelines. This is a part-time, seasonal, onsite role at Radio City Music Hall.

Responsibilities

• Check tear or scan guest’s tickets.
• Welcome guests to the event, provide guest service and answer questions as requested.
• Check aisles prior to the house open to ensure cleanliness of aisles and seating areas.
• Provide information to guests and answer questions regarding Radio City Music Hall facility.
• Be a problem solver with guests incidents.
• Ensure that the rules and regulations of Radio City Music Hall are being adhered to.
• Must be willing to rotate to various positions within a shift, not limited to Private events.
• Carry and display handheld signs to support crowd management and wayfinding.
• Conduct end-of-night seat checks by inspecting every chair for damage, cleanliness, and safety concerns.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members, adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines.
