Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp.’s Beacon Theatre is seeking an Usher to deliver positive guest experiences at live events. You will greet guests, guide them to their seats, and support entry flow and crowd management throughout the venue.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations and rotate to different positions across events. This is a part-time, onsite role with outdoor work and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide directions and information.
• Check tickets or scans and manage entry flow.
• Monitor aisles for cleanliness and safety before show starts.
• Assist guests with questions and facility information.
• Support crowd management with signage and wayfinding.
• Report safety issues and ensure Beacon Theatre rules are followed.
• Assist other departments during events as needed.
• Perform end-of-night seat checks for damage and cleanliness.
